Shipwatch will be ready and waiting for your arrival. They are completely
furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Each cottage has a kitchen with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
Some cottages have dishwashers. All dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster,
and a coffee maker are included. Bedrooms vary by cottage as do the number of
pull-out sofa beds, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Every unit has its own
grill and deck or patio with a picnic table.
Besides all your personal effects, make sure to
bring towels (don’t forget
your beach towels!), washcloths, kitchen linens and tablecloths, sheets, pillows,
and blankets as well as beach chairs.
A Reservation Deposit equal to one-third (1/3) of the total rental cost is due
in order to reserve your cottage(s). Cottages are considered available until
this deposit is received. Should you need to cancel your reservation 30 days
or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your Reservation Deposit will be returned
less a $50 fee. If cancellation is 29 days or fewer from your arrival date, the
Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. A $50 Security Deposit is also required
when you make your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within
10 days of checkout if the cottage is in clean condition and inventory is present
and in good condition.
The balance of the rental cost is due on or before arrival. Please collect money
from your entire party and submit in one payment. Make checks payable to Shipwatch
Cottages.
Weekly rental is from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Check-out
is before 10:00 am.
